My name is PETER SPEIGHT and I am an Entrepreneur with years of experience in the military, corporate and business sector.   

I was a father at 19 and was well into my 50’s when I took charge of my financial future, my children’s financial future and even now my grandchildren’s.  

I run many enterprising businesses, a few with my daughters which gives them freedom and flexibility in raising their children and I sponsor my grandsons go-karting and football careers.  

My army pension after all those years was certainly not good enough to give me the life I wanted to live, my children were working many hours and struggling with childcare and marriage breakups from financial stress.

 I took steps to change what I did and today I am a property and business owner and I get to choose every day what I do. 

I love working and once you get in the flow of being an entrepreneur it opens up so many opportunities to you, my colleagues from the Army are still working many hours and trading their time for money even though they have left the army 20 years ago.

My name is MARY CULLEN and I am a mother of two teenagers including being an internationally acclaimed property developer, experienced interior designer and inspirational public speaker.   I’m from a working-class Irish family and moved to the UK when I was only 19.

My path to financial freedom and wealth has not come easily and many years in corporate life left me burnt out and feeling very used by the system, being based in London it also seemed that I never got to save very much and my good earnings were still only covering my lifestyle. 

Fast forward many years and a huge change took me to live a life I dreamed of abroad in the sun creating luxury villas.   There I got to understand wealth, wealthy people and the type of lives they lived.  They didn’t trade there time for money and had many income streams supporting their lifestyle choices and yes they seemed very happy most of the time.

In 2016 I returned to the UK and started to invest in property that used the most powerful property strategies to produce monthly cashflow.  From there I went onto diversify into other sectors as I believe its not good to have all your eggs in one basket.  Today I choose what I do and when, I don’t worry about the rising costs I just create more income streams or scale up existing ones.  With my children I instil entrepreneuring ways and they are fast becoming teenpreneurs.   The future is bright and full of opportunities and that’s the message I want to spread.  It takes a holistic approach to create a life you love, in health, in vitality, in mindset and in lifestyle.
