Privacy Policy.

Your trust matters to us. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it and how we look after it.

Who we are

The Vortex Entrepreneurs Limited ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. Our address is 3 Brunswick Mews, Hove, BN3 1HD, United Kingdom. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under reference ZB663818. You can contact us at peter@thevortexentrepreneurs.com.

What we collect

  • Enquiries: your name, email address, topic and message when you use our contact form.
  • Product purchases and registrations: your name, email address, mobile number and, if you choose to share it, what is on your mind as a leader, when you take the Personal Leadership Snapshot™ or register interest in our book.
  • Payments: payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
  • Bookings: if you book a call, your booking details are handled by our scheduling provider (Calendly).

How we use your information

  • To reply to your enquiries and arrange conversations.
  • To provide the products and services you buy, and follow up with you about them.
  • To prepare a short personal note before you pay for the Snapshot™. Your first name and any focus you share are processed by an AI service for this purpose only.
  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Under UK GDPR, we rely on the performance of a contract (providing what you asked for), our legitimate interests (responding to enquiries and running our business) and legal obligations. We will only send you marketing emails if you have agreed to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with trusted providers who help us run this website and our services — such as website hosting and storage, Stripe for payments, Calendly for bookings, and our questionnaire and email providers — and only as needed. Some providers may process data outside the UK, with appropriate safeguards in place.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Financial records are kept for the period required by UK law (usually six years).

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to ask for a copy of it. To use any of these rights, email us at the address above. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

This website uses only the essential cookies needed for it to work. We do not use advertising cookies.
